Pomace Olive Oil – Economical Solution for Frying & Blending

Product Overview

Pomace Olive Oil is produced from the residual olive paste (pomace) that remains after the first cold pressing of olives. Extracted using modern solvent and refining processes, it retains many of the beneficial properties of virgin olive oil while offering a cost-effective, heat-stable, and neutral-tasting alternative for frying and blending applications. Its balanced fatty acid composition and smooth texture make it a preferred choice in large-scale food production and food service operations.

At Tuna Sourcing, we supply Refined and Crude Pomace Olive Oil sourced from certified Mediterranean refineries operating under ISO 22000 Food Safety Management standards. Our pomace oil delivers excellent frying performance, high smoke point, and uniform quality across batches — ensuring reliable supply for both food industry and private-label requirements.
